REGISTRATION
You have received an invitation at your personal email address and at your @kedgebs email address with the link to the registration site.
You MUST register online before midnight on the 25th of October. After that date, we will no longer be able to confirm your participation and guarantee you access to the ceremony.
The invitation is valid for two guests per graduate. This is due to the limited number of seats in the Salle Gaveau.
You must give the full names of your guests when you register.
Once registration closes on October 25th, and subject to availability, you will have the opportunity to purchase up to two additional seats for your guests at a price of €20 per seat. You will be notified by email when these additional seats become available. This contribution covers admission to the ceremony for your guests. The School has chosen to donate all proceeds to the KEDGE Foundation. By reserving these seats, you are helping to fight precarity and address the essential needs of the most vulnerable students.

Children are welcome at graduation ceremonies. However, as these events last several hours, they may seem long for younger children.
We do not recommend access to the venue for children under 3 years old, for safety reasons. However, it is possible subject to signing a liability waiver. In this case, we strongly recommend wearing a noise-cancelling headset to protect their hearing.
Children aged 14 or under do not need a QR code to attend the ceremony. From the age of 15, they are considered additional guests (see the FAQ on this subject).
We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity to verify the age of children at the entrance.
If your guests require a visa to attend the ceremony, you can obtain an official letter of invitation from KEDGE.
- A copy of your ID
- Your programme
- Your campus
- The full names of your guests (maximum 2)
A letter will be sent to you to assist with your application to the consular authorities.
After registration, the "Register" tab will become your personal account. In this tab, you will find the information you have completed about yourself and your guests, and you will be able to modify the information about your guests.
Please note that you cannot modify your personal information.
Under your Account tab, you will find the information you have filled in about yourself and your guests, plus an option to cancel your registration. Please note that this will also cancel your guest(s) registration.
COLLECTING MY DIPLOMA
Depending on your program:
- MSc MRK - MDD - IB - BTS - SFI : You will be able to collect your diploma during the social gathering following the ceremony.
